These observational capabilities depend on specific attachments and mirror combinations and cannot all be considered a standard configuration for Ci-L plus.

The selection shall identify the sample, dyeing method and the purpose of the observation, and then determine the host, oculars, mirrors, cameras and other accessories.

Nikon Ci-L plus is better suited to the work that is focused on the production samples and conventional laboratory observations, including pathological tissue slices, chromosome samples, routine field observations in teaching or research, and micro-digital imaging that needs to be taken.

If the mission requires a whole-of-animal mirror transition, automatic focus, multiple-position scanning or a complex electrodynamic collection process, the Ci-E or other automated platform should be further assessed.

The advantage of Ci-L plus is not to replace automated systems, but to improve the comfort and efficiency of repetitive observations by stabilizing lighting, bright memories, state tips and anthropotechnical designs based on manual operations.
