The BX43FC upright biological microscope is built around the UIS2 infinity-corrected optical system and can be configured for different observation workflows, including brightfield, phase contrast, darkfield, polarized light and fluorescence observation. The final microscope configuration should be selected according to the sample type, observation method and required magnification range.

BX43FC Configuration Overview

The BX43FC uses a high-color-rendering LED light source and provides fine focusing in 0.1 mm increments per revolution. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can use a coded 5-position or 6-position revolving nosepiece and can be supplied with binocular, trinocular or inclined binocular observation tubes.

The mechanical stage configuration provides X-axis travel of 35 mm and Y-axis travel of 15 mm. These options allow the microscope to be matched to routine laboratory observation and documentation workflows.

Select the Observation Method You Need

Brightfield Observation

Brightfield configurations can be selected with compatible objectives for routine specimen observation. Available objective options include high-resolution objectives for 4x to 100x observation and plan objectives for 1.25x to 100x observation, depending on the selected optical configuration.

Phase Contrast Observation

Phase contrast components can be selected for observing low-contrast specimens. The final selection of phase objectives, condenser and observation accessories should be confirmed for the intended workflow.

Darkfield Observation

Darkfield options are available for dry observation from 10x to 40x or oil observation from 10x to 100x, using the corresponding darkfield objectives and accessories.

Polarized Light and Fluorescence Observation

The BX43FC can also be configured for polarized light observation or fluorescence observation with compatible modules and illuminators. Fluorescence configurations should be specified according to the fluorophores, filter requirements and imaging workflow.

Configure the BX43FC for Your Workflow

Before requesting a quotation, please prepare the following information:

  • Sample type and preparation method
  • Required observation method: brightfield, phase contrast, darkfield, polarized light or fluorescence
  • Required objective magnifications
  • Whether a trinocular tube or camera documentation is required
  • Whether fluorescence filters or other accessories are needed

This information helps us recommend a compatible BX43FC configuration and suitable accessories for your application.

Request a BX43FC Configuration

The BX43FC is a configurable system rather than a single fixed specification. Contact Cuihe with your application and observation requirements to discuss a suitable configuration.
