The final microscope configuration should be selected according to the sample type, observation method and required magnification range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BX43FC Configuration Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BX43FC uses a high-color-rendering LED light source and provides fine focusing in 0.1 mm increments per revolution. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can use a coded 5-position or 6-position revolving nosepiece and can be supplied with binocular, trinocular or inclined binocular observation tubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mechanical stage configuration provides X-axis travel of 35 mm and Y-axis travel of 15 mm. These options allow the microscope to be matched to routine laboratory observation and documentation workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Select the Observation Method You Need<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brightfield Observation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brightfield configurations can be selected with compatible objectives for routine specimen observation. Available objective options include high-resolution objectives for 4x to 100x observation and plan objectives for 1.25x to 100x observation, depending on the selected optical configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phase Contrast Observation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Phase contrast components can be selected for observing low-contrast specimens. The final selection of phase objectives, condenser and observation accessories should be confirmed for the intended workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Darkfield Observation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darkfield options are available for dry observation from 10x to 40x or oil observation from 10x to 100x, using the corresponding darkfield objectives and accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polarized Light and Fluorescence Observation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BX43FC can also be configured for polarized light observation or fluorescence observation with compatible modules and illuminators.
